    I was tempted to add in "Died when No Fate exploded.  Now haunts Etheric Village as a ghost," instead of changing No Fate to Etheric, but then I decided not to.

    Heh! No one should have died when No Fate was "destroyed", but it wouldn't have surprised me too much if one of your characters had found a way to do so.
